Independent Businesses are fun to work with because while they don't have the funds (yet) they have the grit and ingenuity that most established business lack.
While the more money you got, the more things you can do, the less money you can spend, well the more creative you can get. 
I worked with Next Level on their initial brand guide, while starting out, we came to an agreement that they don't need something so extensive yet but they needed something they can use. 
Who says you need $ to build a great brand?
